Count accounts according to the license rules, including relevant administration accounts. License limits and actual hosting capacity are different: CPU, RAM, storage, email load, and network resources still limit what the server can handle.

Can Viet SEO move the existing websites, databases, email accounts, SSL certificates, and DNS settings to DirectAdmin without having to rebuild each hosting account manually? Also, which DirectAdmin license plan would be suitable for this number of client websites?
A migration may include:
• Website files
• MySQL or MariaDB databases

• PHP configuration
• Domain and subdomain settings
The usual process is to review the existing cPanel server first, prepare backups, configure the DirectAdmin destination server, transfer the accounts and data, then test websites, databases, email, SSL, and DNS before the final DNS change.
Some items may still require manual adjustment. For example, custom Apache or Nginx rules, special PHP modules, third-party applications, unusual email configurations, custom DNS records, or software that depends on the old server environment may need individual review.
For approximately 35 client websites, the correct DirectAdmin license should be selected based on the number of hosting accounts as well as the number of domains.
If the 35 websites are organized into more than 10 separate hosting accounts, the Lite plan would normally not provide enough account capacity. In that case, DirectAdmin Standard may be more appropriate, subject to the applicable license terms and the actual server capacity.
The server resources should also be reviewed separately because the DirectAdmin license itself does not provide CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, or backup capacity.
