Google mail for business and features for admins

User management

All users in your enterprise system are created and managed by an administrator. Super admin or user admin can Create new (within license number limit); delete, suspend, rename, change the password of the user in the domain name.

Here, admins can also group, assign service policies, recover deleted data, or create alias emails for Google Mail users.

Set usage policy

G Suite admins can set up service usage policies and apply them to all users or a group or just a specific user. Admins allow users to allow/disallow certain apps in G Suite or in Google Mail. For example: Do/Not Allow to use Drive or Hangouts; are/are not allowed to enable POP/IMAP in Google Mail, are/are not allowed to send attachments; are/are not allowed to send mail to or to a certain domain name; mail authorization is/is not allowed…

Set up privacy policy

Administrators can set up security policies to apply to a group of Google Mail users including: Require two-factor authentication on/off; Consider password strength; Allow/disallow sending or receiving email from a certain domain or email; Set up mailing rules; Rules for sending attachments…

Censorship of users' messages

Google Workspace features allow admins to create quarantine zones to censor all user incoming and outgoing mail. This is often useful in cases where the legal/administration department wants to censor messages sent and received by certain user groups. After censorship, they can refuse to deliver the message or allow the message to continue to be delivered to the user or sent.

In another setting, the administrator can also set up a copy of the user's mail data to be sent back to a designated recipient for data control.
